Marian McGrath has been a resident of East Bradford Township since 1985.  She first became a precinct Republican Committeewoman in 1995 when her predecessor moved to North Carolina.  She was elected to the position of Area Chairman of East Bradford and West Bradford Townships in 2008, and then went on to serve as Chester County Vice Chairman from 2010 to 2012.  She has been married for 41 years to her husband John, has two grown and married children, one of whom recently made her a grandmother.  She is active in her church where she has served as a trustee, women’s Bible study leader, Sunday school teacher, bell ringer, nursery worker, and vacation Bible school director.
